Co-Founder of the Birdie Group, Elliot Abel has personally transacted over $50 million in volume at affiliate company Investment Realty Advisors and has negotiated well over 200 home sales & commercial leases in the past 7 years. As well as top tier residential brokerage experience, Elliot specializes in developing internal systems, contracting land entitlement, and underwriting value-add acquisitions. He graduated Summa Cum Laude from the MRED program at The Eccles School of Business. Elliot Abel has shown remarkable versatility, drive and energy during his seven years of real estate experience. He has a broad understanding of high-level business principles, practices, and the overall Real Estate Market. Elliots trained team of Agents has transacted on over $41 million in volume since 2019 and growing!
